Shipping & Delivery Information
FERMIO LAB partners with Australia Post and Sendle couriers to deliver your order as efficiently as possible. For orders shipped to residential or business addresses, deliveries are usually made between 8AM and 5PM on weekdays – at this point in time, we are not able to provide an exact time of delivery.
All orders will require a signature on delivery. During the checkout process, you have the option to grant us Authority to Leave (ATL) your parcel at the delivery address without a signature. Please be aware that neither our logistics partners nor we are liable for any lost or damaged packages if you choose the ATL option.
Online orders are processed on Monday – Friday and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within TWO days of order confirmation and payment clearance. Order dispatch may be delayed if we need to contact you to verify or collect additional information, so please complete your personal or payment details accurately so we can get your order out ASAP.
Please note our logistics partners provide the delivery estimates and we cannot guarantee the timeframe as it depends on factors outside of our control. During sales or peak trading periods, our team or logistics partners may experience delays in processing and delivering your order, which may take longer than the estimated timeframes above.

A Note on Customs, Taxes & Duties for International Orders:
FERMIO LAB is not liable for any international customs, taxes and duties that may be levied for international orders. Please contact your local Customs office for information on potential charges and regulations before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an automated e-mail when you first place your order and a subsequent email and SMS (if you have provided your mobile number) with your tracking information upon order dispatch. If you encounter any issues with your delivery or have any queries about your order, please email us with your details at email@example.com or call us on (02) 8197 1141 during business hours. We will sort it out!
Heavy / Bulk Orders
Heavy or bulk orders may attract a surcharge from our delivery partners, especially to remote / regional areas – we will contact you before dispatch if a surcharge applies.
Returns & Exchanges
Damaged or Incorrect Goods:
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit or incorrectly dispatched, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and a photograph of the damaged goods within SEVEN days of delivery receipt. Our team will happily assist you with organising a replacement or refund. Please retain the damaged product for potential inspection and return (at FERMIO LAB’s expense) until advised otherwise.
Change of Mind:
We do not accept returns or provide store credit for change of mind purchases. You can cancel or modify your order before dispatch by getting in contact with us via e-mail at email@example.com or call our dispatch team on +61 2 8197 1141 during business hours.
